What this platform is
Agent Circle is a private, application-only tool that connects real estate agents with each other — specifically, listing agents with buyer's agents — so they can share and match listings directly on the criteria that matter. This works for listings that are actively on the MLS as well as listings being marketed off-market or pre-MLS. We surface matches; we do not create, manage, or broker any listing ourselves.
Not affiliated with any MLS, NAR, or CAR
Agent Circle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), or any other real estate trade organization or governing board. We do not submit, syndicate, or withhold listings from any MLS on a member's behalf.
We don't sell data
We do not sell, license, rent, or otherwise share member data or listing data with third parties. Information shared on this platform is visible only to the members and private conversations it was intended for.
Members are responsible for what they post
Every listing, buyer need, message, and other piece of content on this platform is submitted directly by the member agent who created it. That member is solely responsible for the accuracy of their content and for their own compliance with applicable law and their local MLS's rules — including, where relevant, Clear Cooperation-style policies governing when and how a listing may be marketed before MLS submission, and Fair Housing law. Agent Circle does not review listings for compliance before they're posted and assumes no liability for a member's use of the platform.
Membership review
Membership is manually reviewed against active MLS license status. Approval is not an endorsement of any agent's business practices, and rejection is not a statement about an applicant's character — only about whether we could verify active, professional standing at the time of review.
