Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent Circle (the "Platform"). By applying for membership, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform. See also our Disclosures for real-estate-specific terms about MLS affiliation and listing content.

2. Eligibility and membership

Membership is by application, limited to actively practicing real estate agents whose MLS activity we can manually verify. A primary member may add team assistants; an assistant posts and communicates under that member's verified standing and is not independently MLS-verified themselves — the primary member remains accountable for their assistants' use of the Platform. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for suspected policy violations, fraudulent information, or misuse of the Platform. Approval is not an endorsement of any member's business practices.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity from any additional (team) member accounts you add — you remain accountable for their use of the Platform. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listing or buyer-need information
• Use the Platform to solicit, poach, or contact another member's client outside the scope of a legitimate match
• Violate Fair Housing law, your MLS's rules, or any applicable real estate regulation
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export other members' data or contact information
• Attempt to circumvent membership review, rate limits, or other access controls
• Use the Platform for any purpose unrelated to real estate matchmaking among verified agents

Use the in-app report option, or contact support, to flag a concern about another member.

5. Your content

You own the listings, buyer needs, messages, photos, and other content you post ("Content"). By posting Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it to other members solely to operate the Platform — we don't sell it, license it to third parties, or use it for anything beyond running the service. You're solely responsible for your Content's accuracy and your compliance with applicable law and MLS rules when posting it; see our Disclosures for more on this. We may remove Content or suspend an account for Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any match, listing, or buyer need is accurate, available, or will result in a transaction. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, any transaction, communication, or agreement between members.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Circle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, business, or data, arising from your use of the Platform — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform is limited to $100.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete my account, or contact support if you can't log in. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Sections 5 through 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
